公告內容	主旨：國科會「人文社會領域海外人才佈局策略計畫」於115年度徵求一名具備人文社會領域背景之學者赴美國史丹佛CASBS研究交流，自即日起接受申請至114年10月31日中午前截止。說明：一、為促進國內人文社會科學領域研究之卓越化，國家科學與技術委員會「人文社會領域海外人才佈局策略計畫」設置 Stanford-Taiwan Social Science Fellowship (簡稱 STSS)，透過與美國史丹佛大學行為科學高等研究中心 (Center for Advanced Study in the Behavioral Sciences，簡稱 CASBS)合作，甄選人社領域傑出人才赴該機構進行研究交流，進一步提升國內人文社會科學高階學術研究人才，促進與 CASBS研究社群之跨領域交流合作。二、檢附旨揭徵求之中英文簡章、宣傳EDM，請貴單位惠予公告轉知所屬人員踴躍報名，相關資訊請詳見本計畫官網(https://exp.stpi.niar.org.tw/project/STSS/index)。若有相關疑問，請逕洽STSS辦公室(聯絡電話：(02)2737- 7087、(02)2737-7427；電子信箱：stss@niar.org.tw)。 1.The National Applied Research Laboratories (NARLabs) has conveyed that the National Science and echnology Council (NSTC) is now accepting applications for the Overseas Talent Deployment Strategy rogram in the Humanities and Social Sciences. The program seeks one qualified scholar with a background in the humanities or social sciences to conduct research exchange at the Center for Advanced Study in the Behavioral Sciences (CASBS), Stanford University. Applications are open from now until 12:00 noon, October 31, 2025 (ROC 114). 2.Program Details: (1) Eligibility: Applicants must be ROC nationals holding a doctoral degree and possess strong English proficiency in listening, speaking, reading, and writing. (2) Application Method: Applications must be submitted online via https://exp.stpi.niar.org.tw/project/STSS/index by 12:00 noon, Friday, October 31, 2025. (3) Funding: - Training expenses will be covered by the program. - Living allowance up to NT$2.5 million will be provided. (4) Intellectual Property: Any intellectual property arising from guidance or use of facilities at Stanford University shall belong to Stanford University.
