To strengthen faculty cross-disciplinary and innovative teaching during the second phase of Soochow University's Higher Education Deepening Project (114-116), we are organizing various "Teacher Professional Development Events" to enhance faculty's cross-disciplinary and innovative teaching. Experts and scholars from various fields will provide professional information and share practical experience. In addition to helping faculty develop their professional competence and enhance their teaching knowledge, we also aim to provide opportunities for faculty exchange and learning, fostering all-round development. 2. Event Information: (I) Theme 1: [Teaching Practice Sharing Community] Navigating the Application Process for Teaching Practice Research Projects: Problem Awareness, Content Structure, Review Focus, and QA. 1. Location: Elite Lecture Room 5216, 2nd Floor, Building 5, Soochow University, City Center Campus (No. 56, Section 1, Guiyang Street, Zhongzheng District, Taipei City). 4. (II) Theme 2: [Teaching Practice Community] When University Teachers Encounter Social Emotional Learning (SEL): A Dialogue Between Teaching Practice and Research. 1. Speaker: Distinguished Professor Sun Zhilin, Department of Educational Business and Management, National Taipei University of Education. 2. Time: November 7, 2025 (Friday), 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM. 3. Location: Elite Lecture Room 5216, 2F, Building 5, Soochow University, City Center Campus (No. 56, Section 1, Guiyang Street, Zhongzheng District, Taipei City). 4. The event is limited to 50 participants and will close early if full. (III) Theme 3: [Integrating SDGs into the Curriculum Community] SROI Perspective on Sustainable Impact. 1. Speaker: Ke Yongquan, CEO of the Social Enterprise Center, College of Management, National Taichung University of Education. 2. Time: Wednesday, November 12, 2025, 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM. 3. (Thursday) Theme 4: [Interdisciplinary Teaching Lecture] From New Perspectives in Digital Humanities to Pathfinders of Cultural Sustainability. 1. Speaker: Associate Professor Zhu Xuzhong, Department of Cultural and Creative Industries, National Pingtung University. 2. Time: 1:00 PM - 3:00 PM, November 21, 2025 (Friday). 3.
