公告內容	主旨：國科會與歐盟同步徵求2026年「促進歐洲健康研究領域（ERA4Health : Prevent-OO）」跨國多邊合作計畫，自即日起受理至115年1月21日（12：00 CET）前透過歐盟線上申請系統完成申請程序。說明：一、旨揭計畫之申請期程及計畫徵求說明以歐盟徵求網站（https://era4health.eu/calls/pre_preventoo.php）隨時更新之英文公告資訊為準。二、臺灣端計畫主持人須符合本會補助專題研究計畫作業要點第三點計畫主持人及共同主持人之資格規定。三、申請案經歐盟審查成案者，依據「成功參與歐盟跨國團隊科研暨創新計畫」方案（附件），得至國科會網站線上提出「專題類隨到隨審之雙邊協議專案型國際合作計畫（Joint　Call）」申請案。四、計畫主持人同年度執行國科會「雙邊協議國際合作計畫」件數至多以2件為限。五、本公告計畫經費係專款專用，經費補助上限以新臺幣300萬元/年為原則，未獲補助案件恕不受理申覆。六、本案聯絡人： (一)相關計畫內容疑問，請洽國科會科國處，電話：（02）2737－7695。 (二)有關系統操作問題，請洽國科會資訊系統服務專線，電話：0800－212－058，（02）2737－7590、7591、7592。 Subject: The NSTC and the EU are simultaneously soliciting applications for transnational multilateral collaborative projects under the 2026 "Emerging European Health Research (ERA4Health: Prevent-OO)" program. Applications are open from now until January 21, 2026 (12:00 CET) through the EU's online application system. Notes: 1. The application schedule and project solicitation details are subject to the updated English announcements on the EU's website (https://era4health.eu/calls/pre_preventoo.php). 2. The Taiwanese project leader must meet the eligibility requirements for project leaders and co-leaders as outlined in Point 3 of the NSTC's Guidelines for Subsidized Special Research Projects. 3. Applications approved by the EU can be submitted online through the NSTC website as "Joint Call" for bilateral agreements and projects subject to immediate review, according to the "Successful Participation in EU Transnational Team Research and Innovation Projects" program (Appendix). IV. The project leader may execute a maximum of two NSTC "Bilateral Agreement International Cooperation Projects" in the same year. 4. The project funds announced herein are for designated use only. The maximum subsidy is NT$3 million per year. Applications will not be accepted for projects not receiving subsidies. 5.
