Faculty and students are welcome to register and participate.
公告內容	一、旨揭論壇係該中心舉辦之「土木科技展暨國際研討會」場次3活動，該座談會由台灣女科技人學會主辦，活動聚焦多元、平等與包容(DEI)之企業實務、大專校院推動成果、跨領域交流及展覽導覽。二、座談內容： (一)企業實務分享：１、「2023年企業性別平等實踐典範」案例分享（輝瑞大藥廠股份有限公司、惠普科技股份有限公司、信邦電子股份有限公司、根基營造股份有限公司及友達光電股份有公司）。２、「2024年大專院校性別平等實踐典範」案例分享（國立彰化師範大學、南臺學校財團法人南臺科技大學、國立臺灣海洋大學、國立東華大學及文藻學校財團法人文藻外語大學）。 (二)受訪實踐典範學校分享：國立彰化師範大學代表。 (三)專題演講：「企業與學研界推動 DEI 的經驗與挑戰」，由許昭萍博士主講。 (四)參觀展覽：會後安排展示區導覽交流。三、該座談另提供遠距參與方案，於同一地點僅須繳交一次註冊費，適合全班級或研究室共同參與；以團體出席者，倘提供如附檔格式之領隊代表簡介，主辦單位將特別唱名介紹。5人以上團體報名者，請逕與聯絡窗口洽詢優惠事宜。四、報名網址：https://www.constructionlaw.tku.edu.tw/regi/，個別場次報名，選填「其他參與者」勾選擬個別場次。五、聯絡窗口：該校BIM中心范素玲主任、活動總監秦佑宇；行動電話：0916-836-198。 I. Purpose of the Forum: This forum is the third session of the "Civil Engineering Technology Exhibition and International Symposium" organized by the center. Organized by the Taiwan Women in Technology Association, the event focuses on corporate practices related to Diversity, Equality, and Inclusion (DEI), achievements in promoting gender equality in universities and colleges, interdisciplinary exchange, and exhibition guidance. II. Forum Content: (I) Corporate Practice Sharing: 1. Case studies of "2023 Exemplary Corporate Gender Equality Practices" (Pfizer Inc., HP Inc., Sinbon Electronics Inc., Genji Construction Co., Ltd., and AU Optronics Corporation). 2. Case studies of "2024 Exemplary University and College Gender Equality Practices" (National Changhua University of Education, Southern Taiwan University of Science and Technology, National Taiwan Ocean University, National Dong Hwa University, and Wenzao Ursuline University of Languages). (II) Sharing from Exemplary Universities: Representative from National Changhua University of Education. (III) Keynote Speech: "Experiences and Challenges of Enterprises and Academia in Promoting DEI," presented by Dr. Zhaoping Hsu. (IV) Exhibition Visit: A guided tour of the exhibition area will be arranged after the seminar. III. This seminar also offers a remote participation option, requiring only one registration fee at the same location. This option is suitable for entire classes or research labs to participate together. For group attendance, please provide a brief introduction of the team leader in the attached format, and the organizer will announce the names separately.
