公告內容	主旨：國科會徵求115年度「青穗學者計畫」，自即日受理申請至115年1月4日前完成線上申請(校內截止收件)。說明：一、本計畫為原「2030跨世代年輕學者方案」自115年度起之轉型計畫，申請機構及申請人請務必詳閱徵求公告各項規定。二、本計畫申請案全面實施線上申請，各類書表請至本會網站(https://www.nstc.gov.tw)「登入學術研發服務網」製作，計畫類別請勾選「青穗學者計畫 (原2030跨世代年輕學者方案) 」。三、申請人(計畫主持人)：年齡在45歲以下(1981年1月1日以後出生)者且具備國科會專題研究計畫主持人資格者。如曾生產或請育嬰假者，得依每一出生數再延長二年，應檢附相關證明文件。四、自115年8月1日起執行，每期執行期間至多4年，以二期為原則，總執行期間至多8年。五、每年核定補助新計畫以50件為原則，每件計畫每年補助經費以不超過新臺幣800萬元為原則。 Subject: NSTC is soliciting applications for the 2026 "Young Scholars Program". Applications are accepted from now until January 4, 2026 (internal application deadline is January 4, 2026). Notes: 1. This program is a transformation of the original "2030 Intergenerational Young Scholars Program" starting in 2026. Applicant institutions and applicants must carefully read all regulations in this solicitation announcement. 2. Applications for this program will be submitted entirely online. All forms and documents should be created through the "Academic Research and Development Service Network" section of the NSTC website (https://www.nstc.gov.tw). Please select "Young Scholars Program (formerly 2030 Intergenerational Young Scholars Program)" as the program category. 3. Applicants (Project Leaders): Applicants must be under 45 years of age (born after January 1, 1981) and possess NSTC project leader qualifications. Those who have given birth or taken maternity leave may extend this period by two years for each birth; relevant supporting documents should be submitted. IV. The program will be implemented from August 1, 2026, with each phase lasting a maximum of four years, based on a two-phase principle, for a total implementation period of a maximum of eight years. V. The program will approve a maximum of 50 new subsidy projects annually, with each project receiving a subsidy of no more than NT$8 million per year.
