公告內容	主旨：國科會徵求115年度「人文學及社會科學學術性專書寫作計畫補助案」，自即日受理申請至115年1月4日前完成線上申請(校內截止收件)。說明：一、依國科會補助人文學及社會科學學術性專書寫作計畫作業要點及補助專題研究計畫作業要點規定辦理，申請機構及計畫主持人務必先行詳閱各項規定。二、本專書計畫補助目的為撰寫學術性專書並出版，若為尚未成熟之前期研究，建議申請國科會專題研究計畫。依專書計畫作業要點，計畫主持人曾執行專書寫作計畫而尚未出版者，不得再申請專書寫作計畫。三、計畫主持人於同一年度申請、執行兩件以上研究計畫者，應於計畫書內列名優先順序，且多年期研究計畫順序應優先於新申請案，國科會依件數逐級從嚴審查。四、本專書計畫之執行期間自115年8月1日開始。五、專書計畫申請表格與本會專題研究計畫申請表格相同，申請案全面實施線上申請，各類書表請至國科會網站（http://www.nstc.gov.tw）登入「學術研發服務網」製作。六、申請計畫類別請選擇「人文學及社會科學學術性專書寫作計畫(大批)」，並於學門代碼勾選所屬學門。相關申請文件，請至本會網站首頁─學術研究─「專題研究計畫專區」下載使用。七、本案聯絡人： (一)有關電腦操作問題，請洽國科會資訊系統服務專線，電話：0800-212-058、(02)2737-7590~2。 (二)相關規定如有疑義，請洽國科會人文處藍小姐，電話：(02)2737-7460，e-mail:wclan@nstc.gov.tw。 Subject: The NSTC 2026 "Humanities and Social Sciences Academic Monograph Writing Project Grant" is now open for applications. Online applications must be completed by January 4, 2026 (internal application deadline is January 4, 2026). Notes: 1. Applications will be processed in accordance with the NSTC Guidelines for Granting Humanities and Social Sciences Academic Monograph Writing Projects and the Guidelines for Granting Special Research Projects. Applicant institutions and project leaders must carefully review all regulations beforehand. 2. The purpose of this monograph project grant is to write and publish academic monographs. If the research is still in its early stages and not yet fully developed, it is recommended to apply for an NSTC Special Research Project. According to the monograph project guidelines, project leaders who have previously conducted monograph writing projects that have not yet been published are not eligible to apply for another monograph writing project. 3. Project leaders who apply for and conduct more than one research project in the same year should list their priority in the project proposal. Multi-year research projects should take precedence over new applications. The National Science Council will review applications rigorously at each level based on the number of projects submitted. 4. The implementation period for this monograph project begins on August 1, 2026. 5. The application form for the monograph project is the same as that for the NSTC Special Research Project. All applications are submitted online. Please create all forms by logging into the "Academic Research and Development Service Network" on the National Science Council website (http://www.nstc.gov.tw). 6. When applying for a project, please select "Humanities and Social Sciences Academic Monograph Writing Project (Large-Scale)" and check the corresponding academic discipline in the discipline code.
