公告內容	主旨：國科會徵求2027-2028年度「臺日（NSTC-NIMS）雙邊協議國際合作研究計畫」，自即日起申請至115年7月31日完成線上申請。說明：一、依國科會與日本國立研究開發法人物質材料研究機構（NIMS）簽署之科技合作備忘錄辦理。二、國科會與日本國立研究開發法人物質材料研究機構合作辦理旨揭雙邊協議國際合作研究計畫，以共同推動學術交流與發展。由刻正執行國科會核定補助之研究類計畫主持人，於原計畫項下申請擴充加值型（Add-on）國際合作研究計畫，並於2027年4月1日至2029年3月31日期間內執行，且須與日方共同研究計畫之執行期程相同。三、檢送申請須知、合作確認書及共同申請表各一份，相關注意事項將自發文之日起公告於國科會網站計畫徵求專區。四、本補助案聯絡資訊如下： (一)申請須知如有疑義，請洽國科會科國處承辦人孫小于專員，電話(02)2737-7151。 (二)國科會線上系統操作如有疑義，請洽國科會資訊處客服人員，Email：misservice@nstc.gov.tw；電話：0800-212-058；(02)2737-7590、(02)2737-7591、(02)2737-7592。 Subject: The 2027-2028 Taiwan-Japan (NSTC-NIMS) Bilateral Agreement International Collaborative Research Project is open for applications from now until July 31, 2026. Instructions: 1. This project is conducted in accordance with the Memorandum of Understanding on Scientific and Technological Cooperation signed between NSTC and the National Institute for Materials Science (NIMS) of Japan. 2. NSTC and NIMS are collaborating on this bilateral agreement-based international collaborative research project to jointly promote academic exchange and development. Project leaders currently implementing research projects funded by the National Science Council are applying to expand their original projects with add-on international collaborative research projects, to be implemented between April 1, 2027 and March 31, 2029, with the same implementation period as the joint research project with the Japanese side. 3. Please submit one copy each of the Application Instructions, Cooperation Confirmation Letter, and Joint Application Form. Related notices will be posted on the NSTC website's project application section from the date of this announcement. IV.
