公告內容	一、為廣納社會各界研究著作，汲取研究成果及政策建議，作為臺北市政府決策擬定之參考，臺北市政府歷年辦理獎勵研究報告運用資料作業，廣徵各界作品。二、凡運用臺北市政府開放資料（含資料開放平臺之本府各機關開放資料集、各機關網站所公開資料，或依法向各機關申請獲准提供之資料），從事政策相關研究，可供臺北市政府參採者，敬請於115年7月1日至8月31日投件，獲獎作品除提供獎勵金外，將於市政會議公開表揚。三、本獎項之目的，在於鼓勵各界多方運用臺北市政府開放資料進行整合分析，產出具施政參考價值之成果及建議，研究領域及議題不拘，舉凡臺北市政府施政主軸，如數位治理、產業數位轉型、韌性城市、智慧水網、智慧醫療等，均歡迎踴躍投件。四、參獎研究報告之類型為刊登於國際或國內具審查機制專業性學術期刊之論文、各大專院校之碩博士論文、針對特定主題所企劃撰寫之專書，或至少2萬字以上之研究報告（須製作封面及目錄）。本案相關作業期程、審查標準及參獎格式等請參考作業要點，亦可至該會官網參考歷年獲獎作品（首頁—熱門服務—臺北市政府獎勵研究報告運用資料，網址：https://rdec.gov.taipei/News_Content.aspx?n=F5702E09C9B011E9&sms=40C86180686507FA&s=2243482B0D70F80A）。五、另為維持研究新近性，請注意投件作品限於最近1年內（前1年度7月1日至本年度6月30日前）所發表者，若有報名相關問題，歡迎電洽該會童先生，（02） 2720-8889轉7786，電子郵件：wa-0206@gov.taipei。 I. To broadly solicit research works and policy recommendations from all sectors of society for the Taipei City Government's decision-making reference, the Taipei City Government has held annual award competitions for research reports utilizing data, soliciting submissions from all sectors. II. Entities utilizing Taipei City Government open data (including open data collections from various government agencies on the open data platform, publicly available data from agency websites, or data legally requested and approved from relevant agencies) for policy-related research, and whose work is suitable for Taipei City Government consideration, are encouraged to submit their entries from July 1st to August 31st, 2026. Winning entries will receive a prize and be publicly recognized at the City Government meeting. III. The purpose of this award is to encourage various sectors to utilize Taipei City Government open data for integrated analysis, producing results and recommendations with policy reference value. Research fields and topics are not limited; submissions are welcome on Taipei City Government's main policy axes, such as digital governance, industrial digital transformation, resilient cities, smart water networks, and smart healthcare. IV. Eligible research reports include papers published in international or domestic professional academic journals with peer review mechanisms, master's and doctoral theses from universities and colleges, monographs planned and written on a specific topic, or research reports of at least 20,000 words (with a cover and table of contents).
