Faculty and students are welcome to submit papers.
公告內容	一、適逢該校40週年校慶，特與「國際數位教育大會（iDEC）」聯盟校（馬來西亞理科大學、印尼開放大學、菲律賓開放大學及本校）共同合作辦理。本次會議匯聚全球學者專家，旨在探討人工智慧時代下數位學習之發展、趨勢與挑戰。二、研討會資訊如下： (一)日期： 115年11月3日（星期二）。 (二)地點：國立空中大學校本部（新北市蘆洲區中正路172號），採實體與線上複合模式進行。 (三)主題： AI崛起對高等教育及數位學習之影響與未來趨勢。三、徵稿重要日期： (一)論文摘要截稿：115年7月5日（星期日）止。 (二)審查結果通知：115年8月16日（星期日）前。四、投稿方式： (一)請提交800字以內之中、英文摘要，稿件採雙匿名審查制。 (二)請至 https://forms.gle/QyEWP2n3LVRHjBmf6 完成線上投稿。五、研討會活動網站預計於6月中開放並接受報名。六、聯絡資訊：國際事務處電子信箱 oia@mail.nou.edu.tw或nouoia0801@gmail.com（請註明「iDEC2026」）。 I. To celebrate the university's 40th anniversary, this conference is being held in collaboration with the International Conference on Digital Education (iDEC) alliance (Universiti Sains Malaysia, Open University Indonesia, Open University of the Philippines, and our university). This conference brings together scholars and experts from around the world to explore the development, trends, and challenges of digital learning in the era of artificial intelligence. II. Conference information is as follows: (a) Date: November 3, 2026 (Tuesday). (b) Location: National Open University Main Campus (No. 172, Zhongzheng Rd., Luzhou Dist., New Taipei City), a hybrid in-person and online format. (c) Theme: The Impact and Future Trends of the Rise of AI on Higher Education and Digital Learning. III. Important Dates for Submission of Papers: (a) Deadline for Abstract Submission: July 5, 2026 (Sunday). (b) Notification of Review Results: Before August 16, 2026 (Sunday). IV. Submission Method: (I) Please submit abstracts in both Chinese and English, no more than 800 words. Manuscripts will be subject to double-blind peer review. (II) Please submit your manuscript online at https://forms.gle/QyEWP2n3LVRHjBmf6. V. The conference website is expected to open and accept registrations in mid-June. VI.
