The deadline for submissions is August 31, 2026 (Monday). Faculty and students are welcome to submit their papers.
公告內容	一、該學刊特以出版「韌性與管理」專刊，以「技術破壞與環境不確定下的韌性與管理：過渡、轉型與適應」為主題，旨在促進相關研究之對談、整合與深化，並推進韌性於理論與實務中的應用。歡迎國內外關於技術破壞與不確定環境下韌性管理與政策之相關研究者踴躍投稿，涵蓋多層次與多情境之韌性議題，並特別關注新興技術驅動的不連續與破壞（如人工智慧與數位轉型），以及地緣政治變動與氣候轉型等環境不確定性對個人、團隊、組織、產業、社會與國家系統之調適歷程與影響。二、科技管理學刊徵稿說明公布於該學刊網站（https://csmot.org.tw/）；投稿網址(https://forms.gle/3prn5s8iu7NWgjg66)，如有任何疑問，請洽吳小姐，電話：(03)5712121轉57502，E-Mail：motjournaltw@gmail.com。 I. This journal is publishing a special issue on "Resilience and Management," focusing on the theme "Resilience and Management under Technological Disruption and Environmental Uncertainty: Transition, Transformation, and Adaptation." The aim is to promote dialogue, integration, and deepening of related research, and to advance the application of resilience in theory and practice. We welcome submissions from domestic and international researchers on resilience management and policy in environments of technological disruption and uncertainty. Submissions should cover multi-level and multi-situational resilience issues, with particular attention to the discontinuities and disruptions driven by emerging technologies (such as artificial intelligence and digital transformation), and the adaptation processes and impacts of environmental uncertainties such as geopolitical changes and climate transition on individual, team, organizational, industrial, social, and national systems. II.
