公告內容	一、為培養學生具備國際移動與參與國際事務的能力，本部已於高等教育深耕計畫第二期(112-116年)將「學生國際移動能力之提升及成效」納入主冊關鍵績效指標。二、為推動人文及社會科學基礎研究人才向下扎根，茲依據本部補助人文社會科學學術人才跨國培育實施要點(附件1)，訂定「教育部人文社會科學學術人才跨國培育計畫甄選簡章」(附件2)，透過選送優秀學生赴國際知名大學進修，增進參與國際學術社群之機會，拓展全球視野，增進學術研究生涯之發展，並深耕與臺灣文化社會相關之研究，以提升未來國際競爭優勢及特色。三、本案申請時間自115年9月20日起至115年10月20日止，敬請貴校協助將申請資訊以公告及郵件通知等方式轉知校內國際交流單位及人文社會領域相關系所(學程)，鼓勵學生踴躍報名，並提醒有意願之學生，於規定期限內，依甄選簡章之規定完成線上申請及資料繳交作業。貴校選送情形將可列為高等教育深耕計畫主冊成效。四、本計畫將擇期辦理返國學生成果發表暨年度徵件說明會，歡迎各大學校院學生踴躍報名參加。相關資訊及申請表件可至網站(網址：https://youconf.at/bunban)及臉書粉絲專頁(網址：https://www.facebook.com/twbunban)查詢。五、如有相關問題，請逕洽人文社會科學學術人才跨國培育計畫辦公室陳盈安專任助理(聯絡電話：02-2652-5103)。 I. To cultivate students' ability to engage in international mobility and participate in international affairs, the Ministry of Education has incorporated "the improvement and effectiveness of students' international mobility capabilities" into the key performance indicators of the second phase of the Higher Education Deep Cultivation Project (2023-2027). II. To promote the cultivation of talent in basic research in the humanities and social sciences, in accordance with the Ministry of Education's Implementation Guidelines for Subsidizing the Transnational Cultivation of Humanities and Social Science Academic Talents (Annex 1), the "Selection Guidelines for the Ministry of Education's Transnational Cultivation Project for Humanities and Social Science Academic Talents" (Annex 2) have been established. This program selects outstanding students to study at internationally renowned universities, increasing their opportunities to participate in the international academic community, broadening their global perspectives, enhancing their academic research careers, and deepening their research in areas related to Taiwanese culture and society, thereby enhancing their future international competitiveness and unique characteristics. III. The application period for this project is from September 20th to October 20th, 2026. Your esteemed institution is requested to assist in disseminating application information to relevant departments (programs) within the university, including international exchange units, and humanities and social sciences departments, through announcements and email notifications. Students are encouraged to apply. Interested students are reminded to complete the online application and submit materials according to the selection guidelines within the specified period. Your institution's selection results will be included in the main register of the Higher Education Deep Cultivation Project. IV. A presentation of returned students' achievements and an annual call for submissions briefing will be held at a later date. Students from all universities and colleges are welcome to participate.
