公告內容	一、依據技術及職業教育法第二十六條第一項規定: 「技職校院專業科目或技術科目教師、專業及技術人員或專業及技術教師，每任教滿六年應至與技職校院合作機構或與任教領域有關之產業，進行至少半年以上與專業或技術有關之研習或研究」，辦理教師深度實務研習課程。二、本課程以雷射技術於半導體製程與量測應用為核心，透過專題講座、實務操作及產業經驗分享，帶領教師認識半導體先進製程與材料量測技術。課程內容涵蓋雷射製造技術於半導體材料與矽光子之應用、半導體材料量測與檢測技術、超快雷射工作站先進製程設備操作，以及高功率半導體材料（GaN、SiC、AlN、Ga₂O₃）之製程與應用發展。透過兩天研習，提升教師半導體雷射技術專業知能與實務應用能力，強化教學與研究能量，促進技職教育與產業接軌。三、報名資格：全國各大專校院及高中職教師。四、課程時間：115年8月20日（四）、115年8月21日（五）共計2日，凡全程參與研習課程者，且符合報名資格者（全國各大專校院及高中職教師），將於課程結束後核發電子研習時數證明。五、課程地點：財團法人國家實驗研究院國家儀器科技研究中心六、課程人數上限：實體30人七、交通接駁資訊：本課程提供接駁車服務，相關集合地點、時程及搭乘需求調查，請參閱報名表單。八、報名時間：即日起至115年8月19日（三）17點為止（若人數額滿將提前截止）。九、報名網址：https://forms.gle/2oTn52aRYZocWDyPA 十、課程聯絡人：教育部產學連結執行辦公室-國立臺北科技大學陳專員，連絡電話:(02)2771-2171分機6020，電子郵件：avery00620@mail.ntut.edu.tw、鄭經理，連絡電話:(02)2771-2171分機6012，電子郵件：clcheng@mail.ntut.edu.tw。十一、協辦單位：財團法人國家實驗研究院國家儀器科技研究中心。十二、檢附課程表及宣傳海報。 I. In accordance with Article 26, Paragraph 1 of the Technological and Vocational Education Act: "Teachers of professional or technical subjects, professional and technical personnel, or professional and technical teachers in technological and vocational institutions shall, every six years of service, undergo at least six months of practical training or research related to their expertise in institutions collaborating with the vocational school or in industries related to their teaching field." To fulfill this requirement, this advanced practical training program is being conducted. II. Centered on laser applications in semiconductor manufacturing and metrology, this course equips faculty members with insights into advanced semiconductor manufacturing and material metrology technologies through keynote lectures, hands-on practice, and industry experience sharing. The curriculum covers laser manufacturing applications in semiconductor materials and silicon photonics, semiconductor material metrology and inspection technologies, advanced equipment operation of ultrafast laser workstations, and process/application developments of wide-bandgap semiconductor materials ($\text{GaN}$, $\text{SiC}$, $\text{AlN}$, $\text{Ga}_2\text{O}_3$). Through this two-day workshop, participants will enhance their professional knowledge and practical application skills in semiconductor laser technology, strengthen their teaching and research capacities, and bridge technological and vocational education with industry needs. III. Eligibility: Faculty members from all colleges, universities, high schools, and vocational high schools nationwide. IV. Date & Time: August 20, 2026 (Thu.) and August 21, 2026 (Fri.) (2 days in total). Participants who meet the eligibility requirements and complete the full training program will receive an electronic certificate of attendance hours after the course concludes. V. Location: Taiwan Instrument Research Institute (TIRI), National Applied Research Laboratories (NARLabs). VI. Capacity: Maximum of 30 participants (In-person). VII. Shuttle Service: Shuttle service will be provided. Please refer to the registration form for assembly locations, schedules, and shuttle request surveys. VIII.
