公告內容	一、該院《戰略與評估》為國防政策綜合性專業期刊，凡符合國防事務、國際安全情勢、戰略研究、中共軍事、國防科技等主題之文稿，歡迎各界針對相關主題踴躍投稿。二、本刊為定期出版之期刊，每年至少發行一期，採「雙向匿名」方式進行審查，採隨到隨審方式，無截稿日期之限制，來稿請以電子郵件寄至dsaj@indsr.org.tw。三、本刊投稿須知及各期論文，請上該院網頁瀏覽（https://indsr.org.tw/republicationlist?uid=14）。 I. Strategy and Assessment, a comprehensive professional journal on defense policy, welcomes submissions from all sectors on topics including defense affairs, international security situation, strategic studies, the Chinese Communist Party's military, and defense technology. II. This journal is published regularly, with at least one issue per year. It employs a double-blind peer review process and accepts submissions on an ongoing basis. There is no deadline. Please send your manuscripts via email to dsaj@indsr.org.tw. III.
