公告內容	一、依「教育部115年教學實踐研究計畫區域基地計畫」辦理。二、旨揭辦法係透過區域基地資源，提供一對一教學實踐研究計畫撰寫諮詢服務，藉以提升計畫申請及通過率。三、實施方式：線上一對一諮詢或書面資料諮詢為主要方式。四、申請資格說明： (一)限全國大專校院符合申請教學實踐研究計畫資格之教師。 (二)申請人須提出116年度教育部教學實踐研究計畫申請。 (三)每位申請人至多申請諮詢服務以2次為原則，申請人應先完成並回傳第1次諮詢紀錄及回饋表後，始得申請第2次諮詢服務。 (四)優先錄取「南區跨校教師社群成員」、「南區區域大專院校教師(包含高雄、台南、屏東、嘉義、澎湖」及「未曾獲核過教學實踐研究計畫之教師」。五、申請流程： (一)即日起至11月4日(三)23:59前，寄送申請表Word及Pdf檔(務必簽名)至承辦人吳小姐信箱：daiting2163@mail.nsysu.edu.tw。(信件主旨：【教學實踐研究計畫南區區域基地】教學實踐研究計畫撰寫諮詢服務申請表_學校&申請人姓名) (二)申請經核准後，承辦人將寄發申請成功通知。如未收到來信，請主動聯繫承辦人確認郵件是否發送成功。申請成功後，南區基地將通知申請人並進行後續媒合安排。 (三)申請人須於諮詢後一週內回傳「教學實踐研究計畫撰寫諮詢紀錄及回饋表」。六、諮詢期間：115年11月9日(一)至115年11月30日(一)止。七、南區基地聯絡人：國立中山大學教務處吳助理，電話07-5252000分機2163。 I. This process is conducted in accordance with the "Ministry of Education 2026 Teaching Practice Research Project Regional Base Plan." II. The purpose of this method is to provide one-on-one consultation services for writing teaching practice research projects through regional base resources, thereby increasing the application and approval rates. III. Implementation Method: Online one-on-one consultation or written consultation are the primary methods. IV. Eligibility Requirements: (a) Limited to teachers from colleges and universities nationwide who meet the eligibility requirements for the Teaching Practice Research Project. (b) Applicants must submit a 2027 Ministry of Education Teaching Practice Research Project application. (c) Each applicant may apply for consultation services a maximum of two times. Applicants must complete and return the first consultation record and feedback form before applying for a second consultation service. (IV) Priority will be given to members of the "Southern Taiwan Inter-School Faculty Community," "Teachers from colleges and universities in the Southern Taiwan region (including Kaohsiung, Tainan, Pingtung, Chiayi, and Penghu)," and "Teachers who have not previously received approval for a Teaching Practice Research Project." V. Application Process: (I) From now until 23:59 on November 4th (Wednesday), please send the application form (in Word and PDF format, signed) to Ms. Wu's email address: daiting2163@mail.nsysu.edu.tw. (Subject line: Application Form for Teaching Practice Research Project Writing Consultation Service - School & [Southern Taiwan Regional Base] Teaching Practice Research Project) (Applicant's Name) (II) Upon approval of the application, the administrator will send a notification of successful application. If you do not receive the email, please contact the administrator to confirm whether the email was sent successfully. After successful application, the Southern Taiwan Base will notify the applicant and make subsequent matching arrangements. (III) The applicant must return the "Consultation Record and Feedback Form for Writing the Teaching Practice Research Project" within one week after the consultation. VI. Consultation Period: November 9th (Mon) to November 30th (Mon), 2026. VII.
