Conduct learning areas and thematic teaching, guiding and assisting children in learning self-care skills. 2. Properly care for children's daily lives and ensure their safety. 3. Design and write lesson plans based on children's developmental stages. 4. Communicate effectively with parents to guide and enhance children's learning and development. 5. Provide a comprehensive overview of children's learning journey at the school. 6. Plan and organize various school activities. 7. Other tasks assigned by the supervisor. Qualifications: 1. Graduation from a university or higher in early childhood education/care. 2. Experience in leading a class. 3. Experience in aesthetic arts, children's foreign languages, early childhood physical fitness, etc., will be highly valued and salary will be negotiated.
