Teaching Tasks (Main Responsibilities) ■Teaching Focus: Providing engaging English courses primarily for students aged 4-18. ■Student Base: International student body, including students from Hong Kong, South Korea, Turkey, and Africa. ■Teaching Materials: Utilizing top-tier teaching materials from Oxford, Cambridge, Barron's, ETS, and National Geographic. 2. Teaching Operations (Non-Class Hours) Support the daily operation of the teaching plan. Responsibilities include: ■ Course scheduling and session coordination. ■ Student learning progress tracking and file management. ■ Course resource preparation and quality control. ■ Communication support between teachers, students, and the internal team. Qualifications ■ Currently enrolled in or holding a degree in Education, English Literature, TESOL, TESL, or a related field. ■ At least 1 year of teaching or tutoring experience (online teaching experience preferred). ■ Holding or currently pursuing a teacher's certificate or TESOL certification. ■ Strong organizational skills, excellent communication skills, and a strong curiosity about the operational models of the education industry. ■ Fresh graduates with excellent academic performance and a clear passion for teaching are welcome to apply.
