公告內容	為健全及落實本校健康管理與促進工作，並更進一步了解和照顧學生之健康，依據「學校衛生法」以及教育部「學生健康檢查實施辦法」規定，所有新生入學時需做健康檢查，使能早期發現體格上之缺點並作進一步的治療，以維護及促進校園之健康。一、依據「傳染病防治法」會依班級先安排進行新生胸部X光照檢(詳如附件一)，其餘檢項，將於10/30-31辦理實施，詳情再行公告。 (一) 照檢日期：110年10月5-6日(星期二-三) 8:10~16:40。 (二) 照檢地點：三連堂前、W與T棟之間走道。 (三) 體檢費用：共650元。 1. 四技、二技、五專新生請統一由班代收齊，於10/5-6(二-三)10:30~12:30繳至衛保組(F208)。 2. 碩博生、轉學生請選擇您有空的時間，至照檢地點照檢。備註：防疫期間，請遵守防疫規範：全程戴口罩、保持1公尺社交距離，並接受體溫量測，以維護大家的健康！請攜帶胸部X光卡+體檢卡。當日請著輕便衣物並去除金屬物質，如有懷孕請先行告知照檢人員。三連堂前、T棟與W棟走道當天會停放X光車，請同仁改道行駛，造成您的不便，盡請見諒！聯絡電話：2533131轉2231找張護理師。進修部及在職專班新生不需參加體檢，但需照胸部X光，請於10/7-10/8(四-五) PM6:00-9:00於三連堂前完成。 In order to improve and implement the school's health management and promotion work, and to further understand and care for the health of students, according to the "School Health Law" and the "Regulations for the Implementation of Students' Health Checkups" of the Ministry of Education, all new students are required to do a health check when they enter school. For masters, doctors and transfer students, please choose your free time go to do Chest X-ray. Remark: During the epidemic prevention period, please abide by the epidemic prevention regulations: wear a mask all the way, maintain a social distance of 1 meter, and take a temperature measurement to maintain everyone's health! Please bring a chest X-ray card and . Please wear light clothing and remove metal materials on the day. If you are pregnant, please inform the medical examiner first.
