公告內容	為健全及落實本校健康管理與促進工作，並更進一步了解和照顧學生之健康，依據「學校衛生法」以及教育部「學生健康檢查實施辦法」規定，所有新生入學時需做健康檢查，使能早期發現體格上之缺點並作進一步的治療，以維護及促進校園之健康。注意事項：一、日期：110年10月30日(星期六)-10月31日(星期日) 8:10~15:30。(分學院進行，詳見附件一) 二、體檢地點：風雨球場(詳見附件二)。三、體檢費用：共650元。四、當日需進行抽血檢查，請先禁食6-8小時，以利檢查。五、全程請配合戴口罩、量體溫、掃QR CODE實名制，保持社交距離。六、請班代整班帶至體檢地點集合，以利行健康檢查。七、碩博轉學生如尚未完成體檢，請於10/30-31擇一天您有空的時間來做體檢。八、如有問題請洽分機2231找張護理師。 NOTICE: 1.Time：10/30 (Sat.)-10/31 (Sun.) 8:10~15:30. (It is carried out by colleges, please refer to the attached file description for details)(Annex I). 2.Place: Wind and Rain Stadium(Annex II). 3.Cost:NTD650. 4.A blood test is required on the day. Before doing the health check, please fast for 6-8 hours to facilitate the inspection. 5.Please cooperate with wearing masks, taking body temperature, scanning QR CODE real-name system during the whole process, and maintaining social distancing. 6.Please the squad leader led the whole class over for a physical examination. 7.Master and PhD transfer students If you have not completed the physical examination, please choose a day when you have time from 10/30-31 to have the physical examination. 8.Tel:06-2533131-2231.
