公告內容	為健全及落實本校健康管理與促進工作，並更進一步了解和照顧學生之健康，依據「學校衛生法」以及教育部「學生健康檢查實施辦法」規定，所有新生入學時需做健康檢查，使能早期發現體格上之缺點並作進一步的治療，以維護及促進校園之健康。注意事項：一、日期：110年10月30日(星期六)-10月31日(星期日) 8:10~15:30。(分學院進行，詳見附件一) 二、體檢地點：風雨球場(詳見附件二)。三、體檢費用：共650元。四、當日需進行抽血檢查，請先禁食6-8小時，以利檢查。五、全程請配合戴口罩、量體溫、掃QR CODE實名制，保持社交距離。六、請班代整班帶至體檢地點集合，以利行健康檢查。七、碩博轉學生如尚未完成體檢，請於10/30-31擇一天您有空的時間來做體檢。八、如有問題請洽分機2231找張護理師。 In order to improve and implement the school's health management and promotion work, and to further understand and care for the health of students, according to the "School Health Law" and the "Regulations for the Implementation of Students' Health Checkups" of the Ministry of Education, all new students are required to do a health check when they enter school.
