公告內容	1. 活動對象: 具備之外籍生或僑生身分並持有外僑居留證者，不包含陸、港、澳生 2. 活動說明: In order to cultivate international digital talent for the future industry and promote talent circulation internationally, Industrial Development Bureau, MOEA and Institute for Information Industry introduced a “Talent Circulation Alliance Program” to all international students and overseas Chinese students in Taiwan.
