2017/5/15 Southern Taiwan University of Science and Technology awarded the highest honor of "Best School Award of the Year" for three consecutive years in the 2017 VISION GET WILD Exhibition. The 2017 VISION GET WILD Exhibition, organized by Kaohsiung Software Park and co-sponsored by the Ministry of Economic Affairs and the Ministry of Education was held in Kaohsiung Exhibition Center, which encompassed such digital content as animation, games, cross-field Interactive technology, multimedia, design, action applications and many others. The awards ceremony was held at the 12th of May. 2017/5/10 Associate Professor Yi-Chun Du of the Department of Electrical Engineering, Southern Taiwan University of Science and Technology, won the 2017 Best College Associate Professor Yi-Chun Du of the Department of Electrical Engineering, Southern Taiwan University of Science and Technology, won the 2017 Best College Teacher of Tainan City in "SUPER Teacher Award" organized by the "National Federation of Teachers' Union." In addition to the recognition and the prize, Prof. Du will compete for national SUPER Teacher Award as the representative of Tainan City. 2017/5/9 Southern University of Science and Technology passed the AACSB International Business Education Certification, becoming the only private university of science and technology to have passed a world-class certification. Southern Taiwan University of Science and Technology has just received a letter from the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB), which informed the school that it has obtained the AACSB certification by meeting all the review criteria.
