為健全及落實本校健康管理與促進工作，並更進一步了解和照顧學生之健康，依據「學校衛生法」以及教育部「學生健康檢查實施辦法」規定，所有新生入學時需做健康檢查，使能早期發現體格上之缺點並作進一步的治療，以維護及促進校園之健康。

注意事項：
一、日期：110年10月30日(星期六)-10月31日(星期日) 8:10~15:30。(分學院進行，詳見附件一)
二、體檢地點：風雨球場(詳見附件二)。
三、體檢費用：共650元。
四、當日需進行抽血檢查，請先禁食6-8小時，以利檢查。
五、全程請配合戴口罩、量體溫、掃QR CODE實名制，保持社交距離。
六、請班代整班帶至體檢地點集合，以利行健康檢查。
七、碩博轉學生如尚未完成體檢，請於10/30-31擇一天您有空的時間來做體檢。

7.Master and PhD transfer students If you have not completed the physical examination, please choose a day when you have time from 10/30-31 to have the physical examination.
