二、請有意申請之本校專任教師特別留意114年辦理相關時程如下:

(1) 114年3月7日(五)中午12:00前：校內受理申請案件，請填寫(附件1) 114年度學海築夢及新南向學海築夢計畫申請調查表寄至承辦人員信箱: galiciakuo@stust.edu.tw。

(2) 114年3月14日(五)中午12:00前：計畫主持人至教育部學海計畫系統完成計畫申請資料，並於系統內送件完畢，另請繳交聲明書至國際處留存。

(3) 114年3月17日(一)至3月28日(五)：彙整申請資料送交校內委員會議審查，並於校內行政程序完成後，用印送件至教育部完成申請。

(4) 114年5月31日(六)前：教育部公告核定結果及補助金額後，本校依據教育部補助金額，由督導副校長召開甄選委員會進行校內各計畫預算金額審查分配會議。學海築夢計畫經費分配準則如下: 若獲選為亮點計畫者，優予補助，其餘由本校委員會依據教育部鼓勵國內大專校院選送學生出國研修或國外專業實習補助要點，進行經費分配，並上陳奉核後，由國際處寄發通知信給各計畫主持人。

📌 Key Deadlines:

>>March 7, 2025 (Friday) by 12:00 PM:
In-campus application deadline.
Applicants must complete (Attachment 1) the Study Abroad Dream & New Southbound Study Abroad Dream Program Application Form and email it to galiciakuo@stust.edu.tw.

>>March 14, 2025 (Friday) by 12:00 PM:
The principal investigator must submit the application on the MOE Study Abroad Program System and finalize the submission.
A declaration form must also be submitted to the Office of International Affairs (OIA) for record-keeping.

>>March 17–March 28, 2025:
Applications will be reviewed by the university’s internal committee.
After completing administrative procedures, the university will submit the approved applications to the MOE.

>>By May 31, 2025 (Saturday):
MOE will announce the final approval results and subsidy amounts.
STUST will hold a budget allocation meeting to determine funding distribution.
Notifications will be sent to project leaders via email.
