一、為提供大學校院僑外生畢業後留臺實習機會，教育部訂有「大學校院僑生港澳學生及外國學生畢業後申請在臺實習作業要點」(中、英文版詳如附件1、2)。

To provide post-graduation internship opportunities in Taiwan for overseas Chinese, Hong Kong/Macau, and international students, the Ministry of Education has established the 'Guidelines for Post-Graduation Internship Applications in Taiwan for Overseas Chinese, Hong Kong/Macau, and International Students' (Chinese and English versions are attached as Attachment 1 and 2)."

二、就113學年度第2學期即將畢業之僑外生，如有畢業後實習之需求，於符合上開要點第2點各款資格之一，並取得要點第3點規定之擬實習機構同意實習證明書，至遲應於居留效期屆滿2個月前，向學校提出畢業後實習之申請，經學校初
審後，將相關申請表件函送教育部審查。

For overseas Chinese, Hong Kong/Macau, and international students who are about to graduate in the second semester of the 113th academic year and wish to apply for a post-graduation internship, they must meet at least one of the qualifications outlined in Item 2 of the guidelines mentioned above, and obtain an internship agreement certificate from the proposed internship institution as specified in Item 3. The application for the post-graduation internship should be submitted to the university no later than two months before the expiration of their residency status. After an initial review by the university, the relevant application documents will be forwarded to the Ministry of Education for further review.

三、申請表件電子檔可至教育部國際及兩岸教育司網頁(https://depart.moe.edu.tw/ed2500/)-「業務專區」-「僑外生事務」項下，依僑生、外國學生類別，點選「畢業後實習」資料下載使用。

The electronic application forms can be downloaded from the Ministry of Education's International and Cross-Strait Education Department website (https://depart.moe.edu.tw/ed2500/) under the 'Business Area' section, 'Overseas Chinese and International Student Affairs.' Depending on the category of overseas Chinese or international students, select 'Post-Graduation Internship' to download the relevant materials.

四、為簡化申請流程，若您是即將於 113 學年度第 2 學期畢業的僑外生，並希望申請畢業後在臺實習，請在 居留證效期屆滿前兩個月內 提出申請。學校會在 114 年 6 月 13 日前 將您的申請彙整後送交教育部審查。

如果您未能在上述期限內提交申請，仍可於居留證效期屆滿前兩個月內提出申請，學校將會接受並進行初步審查，然後再轉交教育部處理。

To simplify the application process, if you are an overseas Chinese, Hong Kong/Macau, or international student who will graduate in the second semester of the 113th academic year and wish to apply for a post-graduation internship in Taiwan, please submit your application at least two months before the expiration of your residency status. The university will consolidate your applications and submit them to the Ministry of Education for review by June 13, 2024.

If you are unable to submit your application by the above deadline, you may still apply no later than two months before the expiration of your residency status. The university will accept your application, conduct an initial review, and then forward it to the Ministry for further processing.
