主旨：國科會與捷克技術署(TACR)共同徵求2026年臺捷(NSTC-TACR)雙邊協議國際合作鏈結法人研究計畫，自即日起受理申請7月4日(校內截止收件)。

說明：
一、依據國科會與捷克TACR所簽雙邊科技合作備忘錄辦理。
二、計畫申請書須由雙方計畫主持人共同研議完成，並分別向本會及捷方(TACR)提出。任一方未收到申請書，則合作案無法成立。
三、獲選計畫執行期程預訂自2026年1月1日開始，為期3年，我方以雙邊協議擴充加值型(add-on)方式補助。未獲補助案件恕不受理申覆。

Subject: The National Science Council and the Czech Technical Agency (TACR) are jointly soliciting applications for the 2026 Taiwan-Czech (NSTC-TACR) bilateral agreement international cooperation-linked corporate research project. Applications will be accepted from now until July 4 (the deadline for on-campus submissions).

1. It shall be handled in accordance with the bilateral memorandum of understanding on scientific and technological cooperation signed between the National Science Council and the Czech TACR.
2. The project application must be jointly discussed and completed by the project leaders of both parties and submitted to the Association and the Czech side (TACR) respectively. If either party does not receive the application, the cooperation case cannot be established.
3. The implementation period of the selected projects is scheduled to begin on January 1, 2026, for a period of three years, and we will expand the value-added (add-on) subsidies through bilateral agreements. No applications will be accepted for cases that do not receive subsidies.
