主旨：調增國科會「補助延攬客座科技人才作業要點」博士級研究人員、「補助延攬研究學者暨執行專題研究計畫作業要點」國科會講座及研究學者之研究費，溯自114年1月1日生效。

說明：
一、旨揭研究費調整幅度係比照行政院114年4月22日院授人給字第11400000011號函調增全國軍公教員工待遇辦理。
二、國科會補助之各項費用，係屬指定項目、指定額度之部分補助性質，申請機構得於補助期間內，再提供其他之補助，合先敘明。
三、申請機構得於前揭受延攬人補助期滿前，就補助期間於114年1月1日後之研究費，於系統提出變更申請，以原核定每月研究費調增3%為上限；惟114年度6月1日起新核定之案件，將由國科會依旨揭調整核定，不得再追加經費。
Purpose: To increase the research funding for doctoral researchers under the National Science Council's "Guidelines for Subsidizing the Recruitment of Visiting Scientific and Technological Talents" and for lecturers and research scholars under the "Guidelines for Subsidizing the Recruitment of Research Scholars and the Implementation of Special Research Projects", effective retroactively from January 1, 2025.

illustrate:
1. The adjustment range of research funds is in accordance with the Executive Yuan's letter No. 11400000011 dated April 22, 2025, which increases the benefits of military, public and educational employees nationwide.
2. The various expenses subsidized by the National Science Council are partial subsidies for designated projects and designated amounts. The applicant organization may provide other subsidies during the subsidy period, which should be stated in advance.
3. Before the expiration of the subsidy period for the aforementioned contractor, the applicant organization may submit a change application in the system for the research expenses during the subsidy period after January 1, 2025, with the upper limit of an increase of 3% of the original approved monthly research expenses; however, new cases approved from June 1, 2025 will be adjusted and approved by the National Science Council in accordance with the above-mentioned order, and no additional funds may be added.
