2. 為促進海洋保育、海洋生物多樣性保護及永續利用，強化我國在海洋保育之影響力，補助個人、民間團體、原住民各族參與國際組織、學術研究機構或其他國家主辦之國際會議或活動，以提升我國在海洋保育之國際能見度，特訂定本計畫。

1. The Ministry of Education hereby forwards the announcement from the Ocean Conservation Administration regarding the 2025 “Grants Program for Promoting International Exchanges by Individuals, Civil Organizations, and Indigenous Peoples.”

2. In order to promote marine conservation, the protection of marine biodiversity, and the sustainable use of marine resources, as well as to strengthen Taiwan’s influence in the field of marine conservation, this program provides funding support to individuals, civil organizations, and indigenous peoples for participating in international conferences or activities organized by international organizations, academic institutions, or foreign governments. The goal is to enhance Taiwan’s international visibility in marine conservation.
