一.紅十字會將於114年9月13日（星期六）舉辦旨皆活動，內容包含：「博愛救護獎」表揚大會、「急救有我˙救生同行」短影片及短文競賽、「見義勇為與自我保護：旁觀者協助急救的法律知識與止血帶應用」等三項主題活動，期提升社會大眾急救行
動力與知能。
二.誠摯邀請大家共襄盛舉參與短影片與短文競賽及參與研討會活動。

1. The Red Cross will hold a special event on September 13, 2025 (Saturday), including the "Boai Rescue Award" commendation meeting, "First Aid with Me, Life Saving Together" short film and essay competition, "Bravery and Self-protection: Legal knowledge of bystanders assisting in first aid and application of tourniquets" and other three theme activities, in order to enhance the public's first aid behavior and knowledge.
2. Sincerely invite everyone to join in the event, recommend candidates for the Boai Rescue Award, encourage their members to participate in the short film and essay competition and participate in seminar activities.
