工作內容：
■處理客戶端設備異常問題，透過電話或郵件先分析客戶端問題，及時給予解決方案或建議
■收集和整理客戶反饋，提升客戶滿意度
■收集終端客戶設備異常訊息，並每月整理異常報表，給予研發、生產、品保等各單位，作為改善以及公司產品與技術的提升
■配合售服人員或客戶端至國內外做新機安裝、或處理設備維修
■其他國內外的售服服務與技術支持
■團隊合作，參與售前技術交流，瞭解客戶需求，爲客戶提供專業的技術支持
■售服人員技術培訓以及售服資料更新，分享故障處理經驗和技術知識
■售服估價及成本的把握與控管。 保證客戶需要的備品備件的交期與質量
■其他公司的工作安排

具備條件：
■3年以上的職場工作經驗为佳
■本科及以上學歷，機械工程或電氣工程專業
■能夠讀懂和理解機械工程圖紙，標記與公差要求
■有基本的電氣工程基礎爲佳
■擁有良好的溝通技巧和服務意識，善於團隊合作
■閱讀英語技術資料能力，具備一定的聽說讀寫能力者優先考慮
■能適應短期出差，平均2至4週


工作時間：
■一週6天班，責任制

Job Description:
■ Handle client equipment anomalies, analyze client issues via phone or email, and provide timely solutions or suggestions.
■ Collect and organize customer feedback to improve customer satisfaction.
■ Collect end-user equipment anomaly information and compile monthly anomaly reports for R&D, Production, Quality Assurance, and other departments for improvement and enhancement of company products and technologies.
■ Collaborate with sales personnel or clients to perform new equipment installations or equipment repairs domestically and internationally.
■ Other domestic and international sales and technical support.
■ Work as a team, participate in pre-sales technical discussions, understand customer needs, and provide professional technical support.
■ Provide technical training to sales personnel and update sales materials, sharing troubleshooting experience and technical knowledge.
■ Manage and control sales and service costs. Ensure the delivery and quality of spare parts required by customers.
■ Work arrangements with other companies

Qualifications:
■ 3+ years of work experience preferred
■ Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering
■ Ability to read and understand mechanical engineering drawings, markings, and tolerance requirements
■ Basic electrical engineering knowledge preferred
■ Excellent communication skills and service awareness, and a strong team player
■ Ability to read technical materials in English; those with sufficient listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills are preferred
■ Ability to travel for short periods, averaging 2-4 weeks


Work Hours:
■ 6-day shifts per week, responsibility system
