🔷有意申請之本校專任教師亦請特別留意114年相關辦理時程：
1. 114年8月27日(三)中午12:00前：
請填寫【附件1】 114年度學海築夢及新南向學海築夢計畫申請調查表，並寄至承辦人員信箱: galiciakuo@stust.edu.tw。承辦人員將協助於教育部學海系統創建帳號，並透過學海系統發信通知。

2. 114年9月5日(五)中午12:00前：
計畫主持人至教育部學海計畫系統完成計畫申請資料(須上傳國外實習機構同意薦送本校選送學生赴該機構實習同意書或合作契約書影本)，並於系統內送件完畢；另請繳交聲明書至國際暨兩岸事務處留存。

3. 114年9月8日(一)至9月30日(二)：
彙整申請資料送交校內委員會議審查，並於校內行政程序完成後，用印送件至教育部學海系統完成申請。

4. 114年11月30日(日)前：教育部公告核定結果。

5. 教育部核定並公告審查結果後：
(1) 學海築夢計畫：依據教育部核定補助金額，由本校督導副校長召開甄選委員會進行校內各計畫預算金額審查分配會議，並陳請校長核定後，通知給各計畫主持人。
(2)新南向學海築夢：依據教育部核定金額執行。

The 2nd Round of the 2025 MOE “Overseas Internship Program” and “New Southbound Overseas Internship Program” are now open!

Before applying, please carefully review the Revised Guidelines for MOE Subsidy on Overseas Study and Overseas Professional Internships (AY 2025):

🔹 Important Deadlines:
1. By August 27, 2025 (Wednesday) at 12:00 PM:
• Please complete [Attachment 1] “2025 Overseas Internship Program and New Southbound Overseas Internship Program Application Survey” and send it via email to galiciakuo@stust.edu.tw.
• The OIA coordinator will assist in creating your account in the MOE Overseas System and notify you once it is ready.

2. By September 5, 2025 (Friday) at 12:00 PM:
• Principal investigators must complete the project application in the MOE Overseas System, including uploading a copy of the Letter of Consent from the Overseas Internship Host Organization or Cooperation Agreement.
• A signed declaration form must also be submitted to the Office of International Affairs (OIA) for record-keeping.

3. September 8 (Monday) – September 30 (Tuesday), 2025:
• Applications will be compiled and reviewed by the university committee.
• After completing internal administrative procedures, applications will be officially stamped and submitted to the MOE.

4. By November 30, 2025 (Sunday):
• MOE will announce the final funding results.

5. After MOE announces the funding results:
(1) Overseas Internship Program: Based on MOE-approved funding amounts, the Vice President will convene a selection committee to allocate budgets for each project. Upon presidential approval, the OIA will notify each principal investigator of their allocated budget.
(2) New Southbound Overseas Internship Program: To be executed in accordance with MOE-approved funding.
