1.櫃台存匯人員
■一般分行櫃台之存匯業務

2.儲備理財菁英
■分析客戶金融需求及風險承受度，給予財務管理建議及推廣適合客戶的金融商品
■透過數位行銷工具開發客戶，提供適當平台維繫客戶關係，提高客戶滿意度
■定期參與研讀金融資訊訓練，接軌國際情勢及提升專業能力

3.理財專員
■VIP客戶開發與維護
■透過個人理財諮詢與金融商品行銷服務為客戶創造最大價值


具備條件：
1.櫃台存匯人員
■具金融相關工作經驗一年
■具外匯指定銀行經驗者佳
■必備銀行內部控管人員、人身保險業務人員、產物保險業務人員、信託業務人員等證照
■細心負責、態度積極親切、反應快、學習力強

2.儲備理財菁英
■培訓期間通過各項考核及輔導考照完成後，擔任分行理財業務菁英
■願意參與本行完整的教育訓練，奠定基礎深入學習
■主動積極，願意學習，具良好溝通協調能力者
■證照要求：
(1)信託業務專業測驗合格
(2)投信投顧相關法規專業科目測驗合格
(3)金融市場常識與職業道德

3.理財專員
■具金融常職與職業道德證照
■具銀行財富管理相關業務2年(含)以上推廣經驗
■熟個人理財及金融商品銷售服務
■勇於接受挑戰、具服務熱忱與良好的溝通技巧

Job Description:
1. Counter Deposit and Exchange Clerk
■ Handle deposit and exchange services at general branch counters

2. Cultivate Financial Elite
■ Analyze customer financial needs and risk tolerance, provide financial management advice, and promote financial products suitable for customers
■ Develop customers through digital marketing tools, provide appropriate platforms to maintain customer relationships, and improve customer satisfaction
■ Regularly participate in financial information training to stay current with international trends and enhance professional skills

3. Financial Specialist
■ Develop and maintain VIP accounts
■ Create maximum value for customers through personal financial consulting and financial product marketing services


Qualifications:
1. Counter Deposit and Exchange Clerk
■ One year of relevant financial work experience
■ Experience with a designated foreign exchange bank is preferred
■ Required certifications in bank internal control, life insurance, property and casualty insurance, and trust management
■ Detailed Responsible, positive and friendly, quick to respond, and strong learning ability

2. Reserve financial elites
■ After passing various assessments and tutoring during the training period, serve as branch financial business elites
■ Willing to participate in the bank's complete education and training to lay the foundation for in-depth learning
■ Active, willing to learn, and have good communication and coordination skills
■ License requirements:
(1) Pass the trust business professional test
(2) Pass the professional subject test on investment trust and investment consulting related regulations
(3) Financial market knowledge and professional ethics

3. Financial specialists
■ Have a financial job and professional ethics certificate
■ Have 2 years (inclusive) or more of experience in promoting bank wealth management related business
■ Familiar with personal financial management and financial product sales services
■ Courage to accept challenges, have service enthusiasm and good communication skills
