親愛的大一新生與轉學生們：

依據「南臺科技大學學生外語能力檢定實施辦法」，本校日間部四技學生必需通過學校認可的外語檢定才能畢業。如果您入學前曾考過外語檢定，並符合本校的認可標準與追溯日期，建議先準備好相關資料，並於開學時繳交。

繳交程序如下：

1.114學年入學生(含轉學生)在入學前已通過的外語檢定成績，有效日期可回溯至2023年8月1日(以考試日期為準)。

2.請將成績單(或證書)正本與影本各一份，在本學年結束前(2026年6月底)，送到T0101雙語教學推動中心或S212外語自學中心。影本(請寫上班級/學號/姓名/聯絡電話)由登記單位留存，正本驗後發還。

3.因故無法如期登記者，請事先向外語自學中心Jason報備，可事後補繳。未依時登記亦未事先報備者，日後不再接受回溯，成績視同無效。

Dear Freshmen and Transfer Students:

According to the "Implementation Regulations for the Foreign Language Proficiency Test for Southern Taiwan University of Science and Technology," students in our daytime program must pass the university-recognized foreign language test to graduate. If you have taken a foreign language test before admission and pass the standards, please prepare the relevant materials and submitting them at the start of the semester.

Submission procedures are as follows:

1. For students entering the 114th academic year (including transfer students), pre-admission foreign language test scores are retroactive to August 1, 2023 (based on the exam date).

2. Please submit the original and a copy of the transcript (or certificate) to T0101 or S212 by the end of June 2026. Failure to register on time or without prior notification will not result in retrospective applications, and the scores will be considered invalid.

3. For detailed information on the certification process and passing standards, please click the attachment 1 below. For alternative options for those who do not wish to take the Foreign Language Proficiency Test, please click attachment 2 below.
