一、 為促進教學創新與教師實務增能之研究與交流，慈惠醫護管理專科學校擬訂於114年09月12日(星期五)舉辦「2025創新教學暨實務增能學術研討會」，特公開徵求論文，竭誠歡迎就創新教學暨實務增能研究成果踴躍投稿，並蒞臨參加研討會。
二、 本研討會徵求下列主題
(一)創意教學：含創意課程教學方法、策略等。
(二)教師實務增能：含教師專業職能提升所採用方式與成效評估等。
(三)其他與課程創意教學或教師實務增能相關領域之主題：如教師教學專長相關研究成果等。

Explanation:
1. To promote research and exchange on teaching innovation and teacher empowerment, Ci Hui Medical and Management College plans to hold the "2025 Innovative Teaching and Practical Empowerment Academic Seminar" on Friday, September 12, 2025. We are soliciting papers and sincerely welcome submissions on research findings related to innovative teaching and practical empowerment, as well as participation in the seminar.
2. The following topics are being considered for this seminar:
(1) Creative Teaching: including creative course teaching methods and strategies.
(2) Teacher Practical Empowerment: including methods and effectiveness evaluation for improving teachers' professional competence.
(3) Other topics related to innovative course teaching or teacher empowerment, such as research findings related to teachers' teaching expertise.
