一、課程規劃將以投稿實作為核心目標，藉由手把手的薪火相傳，將半世的研究成果進行無私分享。

二、活動內容如下：
(一)師資介紹：由曾國雄傑出講座教授及其研究團隊共同主持。
(二)參加對象：全球大專院校教師及學、碩、博士班在學之研究生。
(三)時間：114年9月15日至12月22日，每週一下午13時至16時。
(四)地點：該校三峽校區公共事務學院。
(五)招生人數：僅招收8名學員（課程有作業且須全程參加）。

1. The curriculum will be designed with the core goal of facilitating publication, allowing for the selfless sharing of half a century's worth of research through hands-on, hands-on communication.

2. Event Details:
(1) Faculty Introduction: Co-hosted by Distinguished Chair Professor Tsang Kuo-hung and his research team.
(2) Participants: Faculty members and undergraduate, master's, and doctoral students from universities worldwide.
(3) Dates: From September 15 to December 22, 2025, every Monday from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM.
(4) Location: School of Public Affairs, Sanxia Campus, SUNY.
(5) Enrollment: Limited to 8 students (the course includes assignments and full attendance is required).
