依據衛生福利部來函「114-115年COVID-19疫苗接種計畫」相關資訊,
請協助向符合實施對象宣導疫苗接種之重要性及保護效益,以提高接種意願。
一、本年10月1日起提供COVID-19疫苗與流感疫苗同步分2階段開打,實施期程及開放接種對象如下:
(一)第一階段(本年10月1日起):
1、65歲以上長者。
2、55-64歲原住民。
3、安養、長期照顧(服務)等機構之受照顧者及其所屬工作人員。
4、孕婦。
5、滿6個月以上高風險對象,包含符合公費流感疫苗高風險對象條件(高風險慢性病人、BMI≥30者、罕見疾病
患者及重大傷病患者),以及結核病、失能(注意力不足及過動症、腦性麻痺、先天性缺陷、發展或學習障
礙、脊髓損傷)、精神疾病(情緒障礙、思覺失調症)、失智症患者。
6、醫事及衛生防疫相關人員。
7、幼兒園托育人員、托育機構專業人員及居家托育人員(保母)。
8、6個月內嬰兒之父母。
9、滿6個月以上至未滿6歲幼兒。
(二)第二階段(本年11月1日起):50-64歲無高風險成人。

In accordance with the information provided in the Ministry of Health and Welfare regarding the "2014-2015 COVID-19 Vaccination Plan,"
please assist in promoting the importance and protective benefits of vaccination to eligible individuals to increase their willingness to receive it.
1. COVID-19 vaccinations will be provided simultaneously with influenza vaccinations in two phases starting October 1, 2025. The implementation schedule and eligible recipients are as follows:
(I) Phase 1 (starting October 1, 2025):
1. Seniors 65 years and older.
2. Indigenous people aged 55-64.
3. Residents of nursing homes, long-term care facilities, and their staff.
4. Pregnant women.
5. High-risk individuals aged 6 months and over, including those who meet the high-risk criteria for publicly funded influenza vaccines (high-risk chronic illnesses, those with a BMI ≥ 30, those with rare diseases, and those with major injuries), as well as those with tuberculosis, disabilities (attention deficit hyperactivity disorder, cerebral palsy, congenital defects, developmental or learning disabilities, spinal cord injuries), mental illnesses (mood disorders, schizophrenia), and dementia.
6. Medical and health and epidemic prevention personnel.
7. Kindergarten childcare workers, childcare professionals, and home-based childcare workers (nannies).
8. Parents of infants under 6 months old.
9. Children aged 6 months and over to under 6 years old.
(II) Phase II (starting November 1, 2019): Adults aged 50-64 who are not high-risk. 2.
