工作內容：
1. 證券 / 金融商品投資顧問(CS):
1. 積極電訪或親訪開發公司既有的高資產客戶並維繫客戶關係,具有敏銳度,能透過
既有的客戶網絡來開發新客戶;
2. 能發掘客戶潛在需求,衡量客戶資產組合風險,利用多元化的金融投資商品為客戶
量身打造投資組合。多元化的產品涵蓋海內外股票、海外債券、結構型產品、ETF、海
外股票及特別股等,並可利多樣化的多空及槓桿型金融工具靈活調配資產組合;
3. 能進行跨部門緊密的團隊合作與產品部門一同打造客製化的服務,達成專業、一站
式的理財體驗,滿足客戶海內外的投資需求;
4. 處理客戶複委託相關業務,掌握並及時滿足客戶需求,以維持良好互動;
5. 具有前瞻思考能力提供差異化服務,提升國泰證券競爭力;
6. 配合執行公司不定時之業務策略,包括但不限於業務推廣、通路開發、維護客戶
等,以達成公司賦予業務目標。

Job Description:
1. Securities/Financial Product Investment Advisor (CS):
1. Actively develop and maintain relationships with the company's existing high-net-worth clients through phone or personal visits. Demonstrate acumen and the ability to leverage existing client networks to develop new clients.
2. Ability to identify potential client needs, assess the risk profile of client asset portfolios, and tailor investment portfolios for clients using a diverse range of financial investment products. This diverse product offering includes domestic and overseas stocks, overseas bonds, structured products, ETFs, overseas stocks, and preferred stocks. Flexible asset allocation is possible using a variety of long-short and leveraged financial instruments.
3. Ability to collaborate closely across departments and work with product departments to create customized services, providing a professional, one-stop financial management experience to meet clients' investment needs both domestically and internationally.
4. Handle client re-entrustment-related matters, understand and promptly address client needs to maintain positive interactions.
5. Demonstrate forward-thinking skills to provide differentiated services and enhance Cathay Securities' competitiveness.
6. Cooperate with the company's ongoing business strategies, including but not limited to business promotion, channel development, and client retention, to achieve company-assigned business goals.
