一、為鼓勵國內公私立大學院校研究所博(碩)士撰寫與澎湖縣建設或政策相關研究之學位論文，特辦理旨揭獎勵案，俾供澎湖縣政府及所屬機關施政參酌。

二、請符合資格者檢附旨揭要點第5點所列文件(請參閱附件)，於期限內送達至澎湖縣政府行政處(綜合規劃科)提出申請，逾時不受理，相關申請資料恕不退件。

1. To encourage doctoral and master's degree students from public and private universities and graduate schools in Taiwan to write dissertations related to Penghu County's development or policies, this award will be used to inform the Penghu County government and its affiliated agencies.

2. Eligible applicants must submit their applications by submitting the documents listed in point 5 of the announcement (see attachment) to the Administrative Office (Comprehensive Planning Section) of the Penghu County Government within the deadline. Late applications will not be accepted, and the relevant materials will not be returned.
