附註：
1.上述第1、2項檢測請新生務必重複施測至60分及格為止，否則將不列計成績(視同未測驗)。
2.第3項問卷係基於關懷及教育立場，且各位同學所填答的資料內容均受保護隱私程序處理，所以請依實際狀況作答。

All first-year students (Day and Evening Divisions) are required to log in with their school account and password through the links provided below or by scanning the QR code (see attachment). Remarks:
1.For Tasks 1 and 2, students must retake the assessments until they achieve a passing score of 60 points or above. Otherwise, the results will not be counted (considered as not tested).
2.For Task 3, the health survey is conducted based on care and educational purposes. All responses will be handled with strict privacy protection. Please answer truthfully according to your actual situation.
