「114-1健康體位班」揪團FIT趣 !
一、招收對象:南臺教職員工生,
增肌組:體重過輕BMI<18.5;(BMI:身體質量指數=體重公斤/身高2公尺2)。
減脂組:過重或肥胖者BMI>24,男生體脂肪≧25%、女生體脂肪≧30%
二、主辦/協辦單位:環安室衛生保健組、本校體育中心
三、活動時間: 114/9/24至 114/12/12,共12週。
四、活動實施辦法:本校師生自行參加。參賽者須於規定時間進行體組成前測檢測(含腰圍)與後測量測、填寫問卷。
減脂組:需BMI>24,男生體脂肪≧25%、女生體脂肪≧30%,前測有符合資格者才能列 入參賽結果評比,以個人體脂、BMI增減最多者為評比標準。
增肌組:BMI<18.5即可報名,將由營養師進行健康營養評估,搭配飲食指導與運動建議,請需要的師生踴躍參加。
前、後測量測: 地點:優活館3樓健身房 ※※量測請著輕便衣褲、運動鞋※※
*前測時間114/9/24(週三)下午13:00-16:00;
*後測時間114/12/10(週三)上午13:00-16:00。
比賽結果公告&頒獎:114/12/12(五)中午進行公告並發mail通知領獎(請受獎者攜帶個人身分證,並拍照存證)。
五、 活動開設課程:體適能球類運動、營養師諮詢飲食衛教、免費體組成量測,辦理時間、地點詳如活動說明。
六、 活動報名方式: 請連結google表單https://forms.gle/EUSV6aU7kqg3qQQ76或掃描QR-code必確認資料填寫正確性;即日起開放報名至114/9/24(星期三)16:00截止。
七、 活動獎勵辦法:
a.最佳體控獎:
減重第一名: 1,200元。
增重第一名: 1,200元。
b.減脂達人獎:
減脂第一名: 2,000元。
c.體控勤學獎:200元(取8名)。

1. Eligibility: Faculty, staff, and students of Nantai University.
Muscle-Building Group: Underweight (BMI < 18.5); (BMI: Body Mass Index = weight in kg/height in meters squared).
Fat-Loss Group: Overweight or obese (BMI > 24); males (body fat ≥ 25%); females (body fat ≥ 30%).
2. Organizers/Co-organizers: Environmental Health Care Office, Sports Center of our university.
3. Event Duration: 12 weeks, September 24, 2020, to December 12, 2020.
4. Implementation: Faculty and students of our university are invited to participate. Participants must take a pre-measurement (including waist circumference) and a post-measurement of their body composition at the designated time, and complete a questionnaire.
Fat Loss Group: BMI > 24, body fat ≥ 25% for men and ≥ 30% for women. Only those who meet the pre-test criteria will be included in the competition results. The largest increase or decrease in body fat and BMI will be used as the evaluation criteria.
Muscle Gain Group: Those with a BMI < 18.5 can register. A nutritionist will conduct a health and nutrition assessment, along with dietary guidance and exercise recommendations. Students and teachers are encouraged to participate.
Pre- and Post-Measurements: Location: Ulife Hall, 3rd Floor Gymnasium. ※※Please wear casual clothing and athletic shoes※※
*Pre-measurement time: Wednesday, September 24, 2014, 1:00 PM - 4:00 PM;
*Post-measurement time: Wednesday, December 10, 2014, 1:00 PM - 4:00 PM.
