一、依據學術交流基金會114年10月9日114會字第1140000506號號函辦理。
二、旨揭活動由學術交流基金會與本部合作舉辦，114學年度預計遴選5至10位博士班學生，參加4所美國大學海外EMI短期進修，做為未來進入教職進行全英語授課之準備，相關資格條件詳見簡章。
三、學術交流基金會另訂於114年10月20日（一)中午12點至1點，召開線上說明會(會議資訊請見學術交流基金函)，請協助宣廣周知。
四、檢送該基金會來文、博士生簡章、資料核對清單、申請資料表及推薦信格式各1份如附件。

1. This is in accordance with the Academic Exchange Foundation's letter No. 1140000506, dated October 9, 2025.
2. This program is a joint initiative between the Academic Exchange Foundation and this department. During the 2025 academic year, we plan to select 5 to 10 doctoral students to participate in short-term English-taught overseas programs at four American universities. This will prepare them for future teaching positions in English. Please refer to the prospectus for details on the qualifications.
3. The Academic Exchange Foundation will hold an online information session on Monday, October 20, 2025, from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM (please refer to the Academic Exchange Foundation's letter for meeting information). Please assist in publicizing this event.
4. Please enclose one copy each of the Foundation's letter, the doctoral candidate prospectus, the document checklist, the application form, and the recommendation letter format (see the attached documents).
