一、為提升學生英語力,縮短城鄉資源落差,本部自110年起委託國立臺灣師範大學建置「Cool English酷英網英語線上學習平臺」及「英語自主檢測系統」,提供全國教師及學生免費線上英語學習及檢測資源,並自114學年度起擴充新增大專區。
二、為協助各校了解大專區功能及使用方式,本部已於114年10月16日召開「酷英網學習平臺及英語自主檢測系統」大專區線上說明會,並請系統團隊規劃系列研習活動。
三、檢送「Cool English英語線上學習平臺114年度下半年大專區學習資源線上研習實施計畫」及「I want to Test My English 英語自主檢測系統114學年度大專線上說明會實施計畫」各1份,

1. To improve students' English proficiency and narrow the resource gap between urban and rural areas, the Department has commissioned National Taiwan Normal University to build the "Cool English Online Learning Platform" and "English Self-Testing System" since 2021, providing free online English learning and testing resources to teachers and students nationwide. Starting from the 2025 academic year, the Department has expanded and added new college areas.

2. To help schools understand the functions and usage of the college areas, the Department held an online briefing on the "Cool English Online Learning Platform and English Self-Testing System" college area on October 16, 2025, and asked the system team to plan a series of training activities.

3. Enclosed are one copy each of the "Cool English Online Learning Platform 2025 College Area Learning Resource Online Training Implementation Plan for the Second Half of 2025" and the "I want to Test My English English Self-Testing System 2025 College Area Online Briefing Implementation Plan."
