主旨：國科會徵求115年度「優秀年輕學者計畫」，自即日受理申請至115年1月4日前完成線上申請(校內截止收件)。

說明：
一、本計畫為原「2030跨世代年輕學者方案」自115年度起之轉型計畫，申請機構及申請人請務必詳閱徵求公告各項規定。
二、本計畫之執行期間自115月8月1日開始。
三、本計畫申請案全面實施線上申請，各類書表請至國科會網站(https://www.nstc.gov.tw)「登入學術研發服務網」製作，計畫類別請勾選「優秀年輕學者計畫 (原2030跨世代年輕學者方案) 」
四、檢附115年度「優秀年輕學者計畫」徵求公告1份。

Subject: NSTC is soliciting applications for the 2026 "Outstanding Young Scholars Program." Applications are accepted from now until January 4, 2026 (internal application deadline is January 4, 2026).

Notes:
1. This program is a transformation of the original "2030 Intergenerational Young Scholars Program" starting in 2026. Applicant institutions and applicants must carefully read all the regulations in this solicitation notice.

2. The program will be implemented from August 1, 2026.

3. Applications for this program will be submitted entirely online. All forms and documents should be created on the NSTC website (https://www.nstc.gov.tw) under the "Academic Research and Development Service Network." Please select "Outstanding Young Scholars Program (formerly 2030 Intergenerational Young Scholars Program)" as the program category.

4. One copy of the 2026 "Outstanding Young Scholars Program" solicitation notice is attached.
