一、依據「教育部115年教學實踐研究計畫區域基地計畫」辦理。

二、旨揭辦法係透過區域基地模式邀請各區域學校共構教學實踐教師支持網絡，形成區域型的跨校教師社群，透過更廣泛與多元的交流，以提升教師教學實踐研究能量。

三、社群成立以自由組成為原則，需含2校以上專任教師組成，相關規定請依循申請辦法及計畫書之規範。

四、檢附「115年度教學實踐研究計畫南區區域基地跨校教師社群申請辦法」、申請表及經費核銷說明供參。

五、相關計畫申請書請於115年2月13日(星期五)23:59前，寄送申請表電子檔至承辦人信箱 （daiting2163@mail.nsysu.edu.tw），內容不全或格式不符者恕不予受理。

I. This application process is conducted in accordance with the "Ministry of Education 2026 Teaching Practice Research Project Regional Base Plan".

II. The purpose of this method is to invite schools in different regions to jointly build a teaching practice teacher support network through a regional base model, forming a regional cross-school teacher community. This aims to enhance teachers' teaching practice research capabilities through broader and more diverse exchanges.

III. The community is formed voluntarily and must consist of full-time teachers from at least two schools. Please follow the application guidelines and project proposal for relevant regulations.

IV. The "2026 Teaching Practice Research Project Southern Region Regional Base Cross-School Teacher Community Application Guidelines", application form, and funding reimbursement instructions are attached for reference.

V. Applications should be submitted electronically to the administrator's email address (daiting2163@mail.nsysu.edu.tw) before 23:59 on February 13, 2026 (Friday). Incomplete or incorrectly formatted applications will not be accepted.
