一、114年1-12月份交通意外傷亡事件與113年同期比較交通意外死亡事件，均有顯著下降；另針對12月份單月即發生學生交通死亡事故17件，占全年死亡案件比例偏高，顯示歲末及假期期間學生交通風險明顯升高，其中以他撞事故7件最多，事故多發生在假期及白天時段。。
二、針對12月份交通事故肇因，教育部建議學校提醒學生：減速慢行注意來車，務必配戴安全帽，並持續強化宣導「危險感知能力」、「路權觀念」及「注意車前狀況」、「切勿無照駕駛」等正確駕駛觀念，以提升行車安全。


一、Compared with the same period in 2024, the number of traffic accident fatalities from January to December 2025 showed a significant decrease. In addition, regarding the causes of traffic fatalities in December, 17 traffic accidents resulting in student fatalities occurred，the proportion of deaths in the whole year is relatively high，the data shows a significant increase in student traffic risks during the year-end and holiday periods，among them, accidents caused by other parties occurred most frequently, with 7 cases，mostly occur during holidays and daytime hours.
二、In response to the causes of traffic accidents in October, the Ministry of Education recommends that schools remind students to slow down, pay attention to oncoming vehicles, always wear helmets, and continue to strengthen the promotion of correct driving concepts such as "danger perception ability," "right-of-way awareness," "pay attention to the situation in front of the vehicle," and "never drive without a license" in order to improve road safety.
