一、 學會以線上課程方式舉辦「115年度ICD-10-CM/PCS疾病分類入門線上課程」。

二、 本課程可選擇是否搭配學會出版之「ICD-10-CM/PCS分類規則彙編第五版」，請學員於報名前確認是否需搭配書籍；報名時請務必留意課程名稱。(每位學員限購乙本，書籍將於上課期間分批寄送至通訊地址。)

三、 報名日期：自115年1月9日起至115年2月10日止。

四、 線上課程：自115年2月7日起至115年3月22日開放。

五、 報名方式：採線上報名【本會網站】→【活動資訊】→【活動報名】。報名前請先登入會員，非會員報名須申請網路使用者帳號；報名後請於兩日內至超商或ATM繳費，逾期請至郵局臨櫃填寫劃撥單繳費，切勿使用網路轉帳。

六、 本課程教材來自「114年度ICD-10-CM/PCS疾病分類入門線上課程」。

I. The Society will hold an online course, "Introduction to ICD-10-CM/PCS Disease Classification, 2026".

II. This course may be offered with the Society's "ICD-10-CM/PCS Classification Rules Compilation, 5th Edition". Please confirm your book purchase requirement before registration; please pay attention to the course title when registering. (Each participant is limited to one copy. The book will be sent to your mailing address in batches during the course.)

III. Registration period: January 9th to February 10th, 2026.

IV. Online course: Open from February 7th to March 22nd, 2026.

V. Registration method: Online registration via [Society Website] → [Event Information] → [Event Registration]. Please log in as a member before registering. Non-members must apply for an online user account. After registration, please pay at a convenience store or ATM within two days. If payment is made after this period, please go to the post office counter and fill out a transfer slip. Do not use online transfer.
