一、該會與國家圖書館訂於本(115)年3月5日(星期四)合作舉辦第四屆「國際開發援助現場論壇」，主題 「從COP30 看國際推動防減災趨勢：邁向韌性未來的全球行動」。論壇結合《國際開發援助現場》季刊第22期研究成果，邀請國內外專家探討防減災推動策略與臺灣經驗。

二、論壇對象包括政府部會、產業顧問、該會合作單位、學術與研究機構之專家學者、學生與非政府組織成員等，歡迎對全球防減災議題有興趣之各界專業人士踴躍參與。

I. The Association, in collaboration with the National Library, will host the 4th "International Development Assistance Field Forum" on March 5th (Thursday) of this year (2026), with the theme "International Trends in Disaster Prevention and Mitigation: A Global Action Toward a Resilient Future." The forum will incorporate research findings from the 22nd issue of the quarterly journal *International Development Assistance Field*, inviting domestic and international experts to discuss disaster prevention and mitigation strategies and Taiwan's experience.

II. The forum is open to government officials, industry consultants, members of the Association's partner organizations, experts and scholars from academic and research institutions, students, and members of NGOs. Professionals from all sectors interested in global disaster prevention and mitigation issues are welcome to participate.
