114-2學期學生宿舍進住相關注意事項：
Dormitory check-in Notice for 2026 Spring Semester
一、進住時間 Check-in Date：
2026.2.21(六Sat.) 14:00~17:00 (afternoon)
2026.2.22(日Sun.) 9:00~17:00
請至各宿舍一樓大廳指定位置向宿舍幹部辦理進住手續。
服務台/中控室服務時間為上午8:00至晚間6:00，逾時則無法協助。Please go to the reception and register for check-in from 9:00AM-5:00 PM. The service hours for the reception is from 8:00 to 18:00.
1.進住時請攜帶註冊繳費單、學生證或身分證等相關身分證件，以備查驗並發放房門卡。
Please bring your receipt and student ID card to be inspected and get your room key.
2.就貸生請攜帶就貸登錄資料、台銀對保單、可貸金額明細表，以查證貸款金額是否含有校內住宿費。(若未貸校內住宿費／辦理減免，請於開學後補繳就貸差額／減免後費用，請告知宿舍幹部並填寫住宿繳費保證書即可先入住)
Local students who have student loan should bring the documents.
3.因寒假最後一周適逢農曆春節假期，無法辦理提前入住，最早可入住時間即為2月21日下午2：00
As the last week of the winter break coincides with the Lunar New Year holiday, early move-in cannot be arranged. The earliest available move-in time is 2:00 p.m. on Feb. 21.
4.如因個人因素要延後進住者，請至下列網址填寫申請If you may check in late after 2/22, please apply through the form below：https://forms.gle/bQym4vHdvUhCSneY8
請注意！2/27（五）-2/28（六）和平紀念日連假為國定假日，宿舍無法辦理入住！(3/1星期日可入住！)
二、進住配合注意事項：
Notes you have to notice when you check in
1.校內宿舍腹地狹小，車輛不易迴轉/會車，請配合交管指揮及引導停放停車場，請徒步進入宿舍區。
While checking out, please park your car at the parking lot and bring your own tools to move your luggage.
2.車輛進入學校請參閱附件2地圖，預計星期天下午為車潮最大量時段，請事先規劃時段及路線，並自行攜帶搬運工具，以節省時間。
You can check the attachment to see the school map to enter the school. The most crowded period for check-in will be Sunday afternoon.
3.進住日開放家長/親友進入宿舍，其餘時段不開放！請住宿生自備搬運工具。
The dorms are only open to dorm residents’ family and friends during the check-in dates. Please prepare your own moving tools with you.
