主旨：國科會徵求115年「國際共同研究暨培訓型合作活動計畫」，自即日起受理申請至115年3月12日(校內截止收件)。

說明：
一、國科會為增進與東南亞、南亞、中東、大洋洲、中南美洲等區域發展中國家間之科技學術交流，支援並協助國內學、研界建立與各區域之合作網路及平臺，特徵求本計畫。執行團隊辦理培訓課程，除國內相關領域之學、研、官、產界報名參加外，應邀請來自至少7個(含)國家之外國學員來台，並鼓勵邀請區域內國際組織共同參與，以促進區域間科技合作。
二、本計畫之執行期程預計自115年7月1日至115年12月31日。
三、本公告計畫經費係專款專用，未獲補助案件恕不受理申覆。

Subject: NSTC is soliciting proposals for the 2026 "International Collaborative Research and Training Activities Program." Applications are open from now until March 12, 2026 (internal deadline is [date]).

Notes:
1. To enhance scientific and academic exchange with developing countries in Southeast Asia, South Asia, the Middle East, Oceania, and Central and South America, and to support and assist domestic academia and research institutions in establishing collaborative networks and platforms with these regions, NSTC is seeking proposals for this program. The implementing team will conduct training courses. In addition to participation from domestic academics, researchers, government officials, and industry representatives in relevant fields, participants should be invited from at least seven countries. Invitation to participate from international organizations within the region is also encouraged to promote regional scientific and technological cooperation.

2. The program is expected to run from July 1, 2026 to December 31, 2026.

3. Funding for this program is earmarked for specific purposes. Applications not yet received will not be accepted.
