主旨：國科會徵求2027-2028年度「臺蒙（NSTC-MESM/MFST）雙邊協議國際合作研究計畫」，自即日起受理申請至115年3月27日(校內截止收件)。

說明：
一、依國科會與蒙古教育及科學部（MESM）簽署之科技合作協定辦理。
二、國科會與蒙古教育及科學部合作辦理旨揭雙邊合作研究計畫，以共同推動學術交流與發展。由刻正執行國科會核定補助之研究類計畫主持人，於原計畫項下申請擴充加值型（Add-on）國際合作研究計畫，並於2027年1月1日至2028年12月31日期間內執行，且須與蒙方共同研究計畫之執行期程相同。
三、本補助案採線上申請，先由臺方計畫主持人於申請期間至國科會線上系統繳交申請資料，再由申請機構於截止日前於線上系統彙送至國科會，並造具申請名冊函送國科會始完成申請作業。
四、檢送申請須知及共同申請表各一份，相關注意事項將自發文之日起公告於國科會網站計畫徵求專區，請貴機構留意科會公告資訊。

Subject: NSTC is soliciting applications for the 2027-2028 academic year's "Taiwan-Mongolia (NSTC-MESM/MFST) Bilateral Agreement International Collaborative Research Project." Applications are open from now until March 27, 2026 (internal deadline for submissions).

Notes: 1. This project is conducted in accordance with the science and technology cooperation agreement signed between NSTC and the Mongolian Ministry of Education and Science (MESM).

2. The National Science Council (NSTC) and the Mongolian Ministry of Education and Science collaborate on this bilateral collaborative research project to jointly promote academic exchange and development. Principal investigators of currently NSTC-approved research projects may apply to expand their projects with add-on international collaborative research projects, to be implemented between January 1, 2027, and December 31, 2028, and with the same implementation period as the joint research project with the Mongolian counterpart.

III. This subsidy application is conducted online. The Taiwanese project leader must first submit the application materials to the NSTC online system during the application period. The applicant organization must then submit the materials to the NSTC online before the deadline and compile an application list, which must then be sent to the National Science Council to complete the application process.

IV. Please submit one copy each of the Application Instructions and the Joint Application Form. Related notices will be posted on the NSTC website's Project Solicitation section from the date of this notice. Please pay attention to the announcements from the National Science Council.
