說明：
一、檢送修正「國家科學及技術委員會獎勵人文與社會科學領域博士候選人撰寫博士論文作業要點」及對照表各1份。
二、115年度起核定之獲獎人始適用本次修正要點之獎勵方式。
三、110年度至114年度核定之獲獎人尚未畢業者，其資料繳交適用修正後規定。

Subject: The NSTC has revised the "Guidelines for NSTC Awards on Doctoral Dissertation Writing for Humanities and Social Sciences," effective immediately. Please review the revised guidelines.

Instructions:
1. Submit one copy each of the revised "Guidelines for NSTC Awards on Doctoral Dissertation Writing for Humanities and Social Sciences" and the corresponding table.

2. Award recipients approved from 2026 onwards are eligible for the revised award criteria.

3. Award recipients approved between 2021 and 2025 who have not yet graduated should submit their materials according to the revised regulations.
